We are a small family run business based in Freckleton, Lancashire. Passion for baking is a family tradition, with our Great Great Grandma, running Blackhursts'
Tearooms in Wrea Green, offering homemade fayre and stabling for weary
travellers. In our business today we still use family secret recipes passed down through the generations, as well as ones we have developed ourselves over the last 15 years.

Together with a small team we specialise in making everything by hand in our new purpose built bakery, locally sourcing produce whenever possible.

We produce both sweet and savoury fillings, a range of plate, individual and slab pies, as well as sausage rolls, pork pies and tarts.
